When does my car need a service?

The recommended frequency of car servicing very much depends on the vehicle in question. Your automobile’s user manual should provide you with the relevant information, as should the manufacturer. Of course, we’re more than happy to help clarify any uncertainties you may have.

Many modern cars are specified with On-Board Diagnostics (OBD), self-diagnostic technology that alerts the owner whenever a service is due. Even if this occurs before the passage of 12 months (or 12,000 miles), we strongly advise that these alerts aren’t ignored.

We provide a three-tier servicing structure, which includes an Interim Service, Main Service and Major Service, each of which is covered by your warranty.

Regular servicing, based on time elapsed and miles accrued, will help your car to maintain optimal operational levels. By following a prescribed service schedule, you’ll ensure that your vehicle remains safe to drive. What’s more, proof of regular servicing is essential if you decide to sell your car at some point.
