Excellent service ( no pun intended) from all staff and kept informed at all times on progress with service and mot.

My car was serviced on Monday 22nd June at the Wisbech garage, originally I was dropping the car off to be left for the day, but due to a change of plan I arrived at 08:30 and advised the service receptionist that I would be staying until it was done. The receptionist informed me that they already had several cars already booked and that she would try to get mine fitted in as soon as possible. I was invited to sit in the customer waiting area, which had wi-fi, hot drinks and water machine and a customer toilet in close proximity. Customers came and went, for services many for an airbag recall. Although in the end I waited 5 hours, it didn’t feel that long, as I was in a comfortable area and the added comfort of air conditioning which was a blessing in the heat of the day and managed to read a substantial part of my book. Thanks for the service Thurlow Nunn Wisbech, in relation to my car and the comfort of my wait!

Fantastic customer service. Our first venture into EV cars. Paul explained everything at our pace and no pushy sales tactics. Great service from the rest of the team, so good we bought a Corsa EV. Had the car nearly 2 weeks great fun all good. Many thanks for the conversion to EV.

My partner bought a used car from Thurlow Nunn. The whole process was straightforward and efficient. They gave use good part exchange price and the car was immaculate. Car booked in very quickly with reminders and additional information. A time given to suit my time for delivery and pick up. Staff were very friendly adding humour to my visit. Regular updates sent and advisory to replace tyre. Staff rang me back with tyre information and efficiently changed so I did not have a return visit. Really happy with service and MOT . Thank you

I took my Vauxhall Mokka in for a 14 point winter check at Thurlow Nunn in Wisbech and staff were very friendly and welcoming and the car was dealt with quickly and winter pack was great with the beanie hat with a light is a great idea for winter in case of the dark nights and scraper , de icer spray and screen wash all free!! I did spend£10 on replacing battery in th car key. Brilliant value for money and lovely using things checked like tyres and brake pads to get though the winter. Definitely recommend this product and dealership to anyone

Service staff were very helpful and explained costs and how the work would be carried out. I would certainly recommend Thurlow Nunn anc will use them in the future.

Very disappointed with the service , I have brought three cars from these was going to buy my fourth but I feel I was been ripped off on my new deal they offered me, apparently my Volvo had lost over £800 pound in value in three weeks. This is what I was told, I got a quote off them three weeks prior for a car for very similar amount of money,but now it has gone down over £800 I know cars loose money but over £800 in three weeks, I have had different quotes of different companies and was told this is not correct, I will not be buying another car from these again, they have lost my trade and also my wife’s custom too,

The staff at Thurlow Nunn couldn't be more professional, knowledgeable and helpful if they tried. 5 stars to the wonderfully accommodating staff. It was a pleasure meeting Darren and having him at the other end of the phone for any queries I had was fabulous. He even came out to help me charge my car when I just couldn't get it. He was patient and very helpful. Very personable and funny to boot. Can't fault them

I had some issues with a Vauxhall Astra and popped in for some help and advice. I have to say the staff went above and beyond in helping me even knowing the car was being dealt with else where . Polite, knowledgeable and more than helpful!! Of all the main dealers I have had to deal with these guys were 100%! Big shout out to Rebecca and Paul! Thanks folks!

Recently bought a new Grandland from Wisbech branch - from day one of sending an enquiry Darren T was a perfect gentleman- not even going to Sales representative as he went above and beyond to assist with our needs with a complete understanding of not just listening to our requirements but acting accordingly without any pressure- even the day of transferring vehicle to us Darren was upmost in ensuring we were completely comfortable, satisfied and would enjoy our new vehicle - 😊

I’m currently in the process of buying a used Mokka X from Vauxhall Thurlow Nunn Wisbech, and although I haven’t received the car yet, the service so far has been outstanding. The website is easy to use and clearly laid out. I used the live chat function to ask about getting the car delivered to a local branch, and my details were taken promptly. I quickly received a call back from Paul Salter, who was friendly, reassuring, and highly professional. Shortly after, I was sent a personalised live video of the car, which even highlighted a small chip on the glass with full transparency — something I really appreciated. Paul then called back to confirm arrangements for the car to be delivered and test driven. I’m yet to take delivery, but based on the service so far, I couldn’t be more impressed. Professional, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused — highly recommended!

Excellent, professional & very friendly. I had my car serviced there for the first time. The service staff were great, particularly Paul who dealt with me. I had previously used Marshall Vauxhall Peterborough, so when they closed I was hunting around for another Vauxhall dealership, so I am really glad I chose Thurlow Nunn in Wisbech as it was probably the best car service experience I had with Vauxhall (and I have had several over the years). After the appalling customer service I received from Marshall Vauxhall in Peterborough I contacted Thurlo Nunn in Wisbech regarding a leaking oil seal on my 2 year old car. Booking in was straight forward with a highly professional and helpful lady. On the day of the visit they confirmed the seal was leaking and changed it for me on the same day under warranty. Superb customer service and I think I will now be a returning customer for servicing and to purchase my next new Vauxhall.

Very efficient but I feel the warranty sold to me when I bought the car was lacking. I expected it to cover the suspension when needed but even though it wasn't mentioned in the exclusions the garage wouldn't accept it

Pleasant young lady rep. Disappointing that despite no px and straight cash there was according to her superior sales person " there was no discount on the price ". The deal still proceeded but was left feeling disappointed there was no wriggle room.

I have a service agreement with Thurlow Nunn in Wisbech which includes all service costs and MOT. The garage is very efficient but a service garage is only as good as it's people and this garage is superb. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My car was serviced, MOTd, washed, polished and valeted, all in around 2 1/2 hours and also included a full health check on the complete car. Great service, great people , I would recommend them to anyone.

We've used the garage here for repairs and MOT'S on different vehicles and have always been pleased with both service and workmanship. Always friendly and efficient :)

Taken car a few times here, won't be going back as they seem to turn on you if you complain about their service or lack of on the second visit. Nothing wrong with the work done though. Just lack customer service.

The service manager helped me out at a time that I thought no one else would. They sorted a replacement car and the billing as discussed with no issues and they were polite at all times, this in conjunction with the regular updates means they have been given 5 stars from me!

Disabled customer and did a wait while the vehicle was serviced. Comfortable surroundings and accessible lavatory facilities. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Helped put my wheelchair in the boot as we left for home afterwards in sparkly clean and purring car.

First time I have used Thurlow Nunn Wisbech. They were very helpful finding me a slot that suited me and in providing a courtesy car. They fixed a problem with my car that 2 other garages couldn't find. The car is now driving very nicely and I will return there for servicing in the future.
