Distance Selling

Thurlow Nunn must provide certain documents if we sell goods or services through digital TV, by mail order or by phone or text message. In this scenario there is no face-to-face contact with the dealer, Thurlow Nunn, and it would be covered as being a distance contract.

In order for us to protect both the consumer and ourselves you are required to make a level of detail available to the seller, likewise we will provide sufficient information to the buyer to support their distance purchase.

There is a level of protection provided for the consumer:

i)If you’ve placed a deposit on a vehicle at a distance, either online or over the phone, you are

entitled to cancel your order receive a full refund of your deposit.

ii)Distance sales give the customer 14 days to cancel their order.

iii)The cancellation period starts only when the consumer has received both the goods and sale

documentation.

Warranty

New Vehicles

New Vehicle Warranty is covered for 3 years or up to 60,000 miles on cars and car derived vans, or 3 years or up to 100,000 miles for heavy vans (the first 12 months is unlimited mileage).

Too Good To Trade

Where a vehicle is advertised as Too Good To Trade, the vehicle will be supplied with a minimum of 3 months warranty cover.

Telephone Calls

To improve our levels of customer service, please be aware that calls may be monitored and recorded for training and quality purpose

Administration Fee

This fee covers the below:

• Vehicle provenance check
• HPI check and mileage verified
• 10 litres of fuel
• Processing of documentation

Pricing errors

While we strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a vehicle you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the vehicle, you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The new version will be posted on the website and will take effect and govern all use of the website immediately upon posting.
