Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to find another car. Having purchased my last car from here I popped in on the off chance there was a car available within my price range. Fortunately there was a vehicle which matched my specifications. I received lots of helpful advice from Chloe and generally had a good purchase experience. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! From the very start Ryan has gone above and beyond to answer the million questions I threw at him before 9.30 on a Monday morning and made sure that I got the exact car that is perfect for what I want, and he has even made sure that he found me one that I can pick up much sooner than the 3 months another branch had told me! I have been using Thurlow Nunn in Beccles for over 25 years. Buying new and used vehicles from them and getting all my servicing and MOTs done. The service I have received is superb, my car is returned to me clean too. Getting your car physically into their premises can sometimes be a challenge as they are limited for space. All my motoring needs are met, why would I go anywhere else.
Service was splendid at T.N. Derham. Morgan oversaw & dealt with our purchase swiftly, with a friendly manner, & ensured our new (used) vehicle was ready for collection on the day requested.

I had my Grandlander booked in for a service but mistakenly booked it on my wife's birthday. When I checked the car in at 8am , I was advised that I would get a call anytime up to 5pm. All my mistake but that really impacted on our planned day. I explained and the Service Manager promised that they would do their very best to turn it around asap. I had a call by 10.30am to say it was done . Exceptional customer service, I can’t thank the Great Yarmouth Thurlow Nunn Team enough. From the Sales Team when brought the car to the Service Team who are looking after us now, it’s 5 Stars from me

Adrian Bevan made my life so much easier when I ordered my new car. I had in my mind what I wanted and I got what I wanted. Ady didn't try to change my mind, went through the pro's and con's of going electric. Not that I have found any cons so far. Ady was brilliant, a major asset to the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and listened which with car sales doesn't always happen. I would highly recommend both Ady and the rest of the team that I had contact with and I am so impressed with my car.
Staff are always very polite, helpful knowledgeable and well presented whether you just there to leave leave a car for servicing or to purchase a new vehicle.
A much better experience this year, I was informed very early with regards to MOT and cost etc...Car was ready for pick up when I had asked for it.. no complaints at all at the moment hopefully it will continue..

My Corsa e was booked for a service and mot. They got the car ready very quickly, and even plugged it in so it was nearly fully charged for me. Mot is £49. Front wipers needed replacing, a bit expensive at nearly £70. The site is tight for parking but sufficient.
I had a problem with my left passenger rear wheel nut and the service I received was brilliant friendly honest and quickly fixed the problem lovely friendly staff I am really happy with the service I received I can honestly say I'd recommend any one go there they do help 😊

Was looked after by shaj when buying my Ford fiesta.plenty of coffee drunk.we treated test drive like a driving lesson. He was giving me directions. he was very easy to get on with.had a 10 mile drive home and car seems to OK.just got to have play with all the tech. And get use to car.

I have a service agreement with Thurlow Nunn in Wisbech which includes all service costs and MOT. The garage is very efficient but a service garage is only as good as it's people and this garage is superb. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My car was serviced, MOTd, washed, polished and valeted, all in around 2 1/2 hours and also included a full health check on the complete car. Great service, great people , I would recommend them to anyone.
I booked a test drive for 10 o'clock. I was warmly greeted by salesman Simon Craddock . After the mandatory paperwork and licence checks I took the vehicle for a drive and made my mind up to purchase the car. I was shown all the options available to me, each one, and there were quite a few, explained in detail so that I was fully aware of cost to me. After a couple of hours the deal was done. I was unable to drive the newly bought car as I had driven to the showroom but Simon said it might be possible to arrange delivery that afternoon. Remarkably, the car was delivered at 4.30. I cannot praise the professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful manner that Simon carried out the procedure. I will certainly use Thurlow Nunn at Milton Keynes again and search out Simon to complete the sale for me. Highly recommend this company.

We've used the garage here for repairs and MOT'S on different vehicles and have always been pleased with both service and workmanship. Always friendly and efficient :)
Service and MOT all carried out as requested. However when I dropped the car off I took in both remotes and said I didn't know if the batteries were replaced as part of the service I'd booked. I was told given the cost of the service and MOT they'd make sure they were done. I then saw I was charged £8 for them. If I knew I was going to be charged I'd have done it myself as the batteries aren't that much online. So a little annoyed that having told they'd include it they then snuck in a charge.
I was a little late in dropping my car off for small bit of service work and replacement of the auxilliary belt. Front desk staff, Technicians and i even spoke with the Sales staff all were VERY polite and helpful. Cost of work was quite reasonable alls said. “You can’t go wrong with a Vauxhall.†Thank you.

I've been looking for a Car at their dealership as initially made an inquiry about an Astra that I had found whilst looking on their website & location at local Milton Keynes dealership , unfortunately that particular vehicle had been sold so approached by salesman Ray and & told Him and He was very helpful as car was still for sale on their website and He reassured me it had just gone however website takes a while to update , He was very helpful & Knowledgeable and said just to keep checking thier website if another vehicle comes in 😃

I called into Thurlow Nunn just to check out some Motability Vehicles and see what was available. They didn't have what I wanted to test drive in an electric automatic but the sales woman called Amy very kindly offered to let me test drive her own personal electric automatic car. The mere fact that I was able to drive it and get a feel for it totally got me hooked, so I went on to buy a Vauxhall Mokka electric automatic car, so thank you for the great service Amy Hinton. I will be definitely recommending you to others for the first class service I have received at point of sale.

Always helpful and as I know nothing about cars, it’s so valuable to find a place you can trust- who try to minimise the bill and didn’t charge me once when they couldn’t find the fault even though they’d spent time on it. Excellent service
Nice car showroom based in Beccles Suffolk, good attentiveness by the staff. Good sitting area while you wait, plus hot and cold drinks. Good array of vehicles to look at. Good prices as well. Would recommend if looking for a Vauxhall or similar makes.

My English proficiency is not very good, but the staff who served me did not show any impatience due to my lack of communication skills. Instead, she listened more attentively and communicated with me in a way that was easier to understand. This made me feel very happy and respected, and she also helped me set up an installment plan for the repair costs. The technician professionally and thoroughly resolved the issue with my engine light, which had been troubling me for a long time, so I no longer need to seek help from other repair centers and can finally have peace of mind. The service attitude and repair experience here are absolutely wonderful.
Brought my car online no test drive being delivered to my home next week service was excellent and Sam was a real confidence builder his attention to my questions and patience when I didn’t understand some paperwork things was met with knowledge and calm we are really excited to see our car next week thanks Sam :)
Buyer, beware. They had a week to prep the car I bought and fixed the minor issues with it. Went to pick up car only to find by looks nothing had been not even valeted. And mysteriously the parcel had had both brackets broken off. They apologies and promised to do all the work the later following week. With a tank of fuel as recompense. Pick up was a day later than arranged with only half of the work completed. On speaking to a manager another element of the work was completed however no fuel was given. However, they promised to give me a date for the rest of the car with a courtesy car dropped at my house and the car returned done full of fuel by the end of the day. A week goes by without them ringing and my calls not answered. I go and speak to another manager with a vague promise to get the work completed if I bring the car to them. Had I unknown the issues that have ensued I would not of bought the car from them.

I take both my vehicles to Thurlow Nunn in Dereham when there is work to be done on either of them and the service I have received has been outstanding every time. The front of house are always friendly and would go out of their way to help in anyway they can, and they always have a smile on their face which is very welcoming. The workshop guys are brilliant, in particular Callum who goes above and beyond to make sure the vehicles are safe for my wife and I to drive which we are extremely grateful for, especially as we have our children in the vehicles as well. He personally came to see us and explained exactly what needs to happen to fix the problem which shows he is very comfortable in talking to customers and also that he is extremely knowledgeable of everything involved in the industry. Been using Thurlow Nunn at Kings Lynn for about 3 years now since buying the car from them. Always used them for service and MOT. Never had any complaints. Staff is always helpful and kind. The job always been done promptly and great.
The two men on the front desk were really helpful, knowledgeable and kept me up to date with everything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my car looked at.
Claire and Gary in the service department were fantastic and very knowledgeable. Only small grumble no courtesy clean after service which I have had in past from other dealerships.
This is a follow up review to my previous review. My previous review reflected a situation where I was promised a call re buying a car but the call never came. However it did come in the early evening of the promised day, and the call resulted in an excellent outcome, which I confirmed by email. Unfortunately I have not received a response, so once again left disappointed.
As always the staff are friendly and helpful. They keep you informed about any issues and costs as the job progresses.

We had a great experience when we visited Peugeot last week. The test drive was conducted by a man who was demonstrating the new GT3008 & Chris Mohan, the salesman, was absolutely brilliant too. We loved the hybrid version of the GT3008 so much, we have ordered one, such was the great experience & a great car.
As always, First Class service at Thurlow Nunn. Our current Motability vehicle, was all dealt with by James Harvey, and on this last visit, we went into Thurlow Nunn to arrange another vehicle. The first time James was So Polite, So Helpful, and just a Thoroughly Nice Guy, nothing was too much trouble. This visit was No Different, when we arrived, he greeted us, and asked if we would like a drink, we asked him for Hot Chocolate, and he went and got my Wife & Myself a cup each. From there, James was yet again, So Helpful, So Polite, and he couldn't have done any more than he did, to make us feel like relaxed etc. I give Thurlow Nunn, Especially James Harvey 10/10 Perfect.

Booking for service and mot was easy and cost explained. A reminder the day before. On the day, receptionist friendly and efficient and gave an estimate of time. They called to let me know of problems encountered. All work done was explained after before payment. Car was valeted as well

I took my car infor MOT. The clerk was waiting for me. I explained one fault. He checked my phone number. I left my key. I got a phone call at the stated time. I attended. My fault was explained and I was given all my pPerwork. All very smooth. No problems thank you.
Got us in next day as our car had an issue, very grateful for that. Never fault the work done but some of the staff are extremely rude. No need for it even if the customer is a little frustrated, staying calm and not reacting gets a better response as one staff member did and got everything sorted for us.
Was easy to get booked in over the phone and good availability for the booking. The showroom was clean and well presented. The reception team were very friendly and helpful. The Purchase and delivery of my car went smoothly . I am however not happy as i was not informed of any supplementary payment after all purchase has taken place. Introducing and suggesting further payments after all transactions have been concluded isn't fair to any buyer. All information must be presented at the start of the transaction and must remain so.

I've been some places where they literally hound you to buy a car. Not here it's at your leisure felt no pressure and was a fantastic experience.
Brought a Ford Focus and took delivery 2 weeks ago. Had my dad go over the car making sure everything was working as far as he could see and nothing is missing from car . Upon collecting the car I took it home and the next day my dad looked over the car and found the spare wheel missing from the car . This was checked , in place and was clamped down by the wheel bolt as he wanted to make sure all the equipment was in situ in case I had a puncture at some point . The wheel was missing and the clamp Unscrewed. This has been taken out prior to me collecting . I contacted the garage and spoke to the sales rep Chris M and said he would look into it . I have contacted him a few times on the phone and via email and it’s been 2 weeks now and I am being ignored . A official complaint has is now being submitted to the garage and the head office . My car went in for a service, the staff I had interactions with were helpful and friendly. I expressed concern about the battery life of my Mokka-e and they made sure to do a battery health check alongside the routine service to be certain that everything was working as it should. I can't fault the service I received or their willingness to go above and beyond. They provided me with a courtesy car and had my car back to me the same day.
Service done quickly with excellent staff front and back support. Def use again albeit between the TN booking tel contact and what was expected at Holt were confused. Service plan updated for next year zt thr same time. Far less hassle than travelling into the City branch and will be my branch of choice from now.

Me and partner today picked up his new car. From the beginning when we went to choose a car Adrian has been exceptional. Very knowledgable about the car we was buying and allowed us time to go for a test drive on our own so we could see the capabilities of the car and what the car had to offer. We was then greeted by Adrian and Matt who also had a lot of knowledge. From start to finish they have been awesome! Even this morning when we received a video message from Adrian congratulating us on our purchase with a ribbon on the car which was a nice extra. Awesome experience. Highly recommend.
Great family business offering the old fashioned way of trading, you can speak to people rather than "BOTS" see what you are getting if unsure. The major car clearance online companies are just clearance houses for the major car distributors who haven't heard of old fashioned service, if you don't communicate through Technology platforms they do not know how to deal with you. Give me old fashioned style of trading any day and dealing with James has been a pleasure. There is an old saying that "Easy buying is easy selling"

great experience at thurlow nunn, Matt was very helpful, i turned up without phoning, he quickly and politely showed us the car i wanted to view and got it out of its parked spot so we could test drive it there and then. he also took me over what options i had for finance and warranty options. even though i didn't end up getting the car i looked at, i was very happy with how Matt helped me out.

The staff were really helpful, they kept me well updated and explained fully the findings of the problem I had taken my car in for. The only downside was the difficulty I had in booking my car in with long phone waiting times. Other than than, faultless. Both in dropping off and collecting my car they could not have been better.

Recently visited Thurlow Nunn Beccles, we were looked after by Leah who was very knowledgeable but not pushy and made us feel relaxed, unfortunately the car was not what we were looking for, would not hesitate to go back if the right car comes along.
Yesterday I had a non repairable puncture and thanks to Thurlow Nunn Holt I managed to have a tyre fitted at a reasonable price within minutes of making a phone call. Would like to thank Kelly Goulty and Jacob Knights for quick acting to make a rather stressful scenario a quick and easy fix.
As a discerning car owner it is the attention to detail and care from the Thurlow Nunn team at Holt which is worthy of 5-star praise. I consider their servicing and MOT facilities to be first class and Holt is very fortunate to have this facility within easy walking distance of the town centre.

We had a well rehearsed speech re the implications of not taking out extra warranty, a derisory offer for our trade-in (said all alloys were scratched when the car had plastic hub caps!)and was laughed at when asked if there was any discount available on extended warranty packages. Car was well presented and as advertised. Vehicle was repaired under warranty due to a faulty headlamp unit. The whole process was very good from initial inspection through to ordering of the part and then the fitting. The staff were very professional and friendly and communications were excellent. (And there was plenty of space in the car park!)
Your sales lady Leah was just excellent. She made sure that I had all the information on the car I was buying and gave me a quote on my part exchange car. On her day off Daniel stepped in and gave me some very good advice. When Leah returned the following day there seemed to be a lot of paperwork to deal with and Leah dealt with it excellently. Bought our first ev at Thurlow Nunn and we’re most impressed by the attention given and helpful team in Kings Lynn. I love the car I brought, but the service I have received from Thurlow Nunn has been awful. Given 3 different dates to collect the car, and the only reason I found out about each was by phoning - no contact from them at all. Messages constantly left for them to call me back but these were ignored and not returned. It was agreed at purchase that I would have a reverse camera fitted the following week - and a courtesy car promised - however this wasn't followed through even though I had paid towards this. 3 phone calls later and 2 weeks later than promised still no camera fitted and no response by phone call or email. I will never buy a car from them again! I dread to think what will happen if I need to claim for anything from them!
The service manager helped me out at a time that I thought no one else would. They sorted a replacement car and the billing as discussed with no issues and they were polite at all times, this in conjunction with the regular updates means they have been given 5 stars from me!
First time car buyer here. We visited a few in the area and Thurlow Nunn was the only ones who acknowledged us when we walked through the door. The team were very relaxing, not pushy and friendly. The sales agent (sorry I forgot her name) was so friendly and helped us with choosing a car. Overall very impressed and a hour later I was driving my first car home.

I called about a car in warranty that won't start. I was told to recover to the premises and it will be looked at the next day. Now being told it can't be looked at for 2 weeks, no courtesy car, no explanation on whether I will be re-imbursed for hire, and told it's my fault for recovering it there despite being told to by the branch staff themselves - so if I follow your direct instructions and promises it's my fault? Terrible business. Family of 3 left having to spend £1000+ on car hire, a few hundred more on recovery and diagnostics road side due to negligence, not understanding their own warranty terms and lack of accountability. If I want it fixed somewhere else I will have to pay further recover fees and costs for repairs!
This is the first time I have ever purchased a new car so quite daunting to think about, I must say the experience from mg at king’s Lynn was such a positive experience. Update, so the car i was interested in had been sold, but ended up buying a similar model and spec but for £1500 more and higher mileage too. The special event didn’t lead to any special deal at all.

We traded our petrol Corsa in for a fully electric Corsa E anniversary model early this year. Sales exec Samantha Bryce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The change over went smoothly. Last year we were a bit apprehensive about purchasing a full electric car because of a shortfall of charger points. I charge the car at home with EON Drive and full charge costs less than a fiver. Now no shortage of chargers throughout the UK. Sainsburys Hardwick Kings Lynn have just installed an additional 10 ultra fast rapid chargers on top of their 4 existing free charging points. We have used Thurlow Nunn's for many years and have been very pleased with sales staff and the service department. Also piece of mind that Thurlow Nunn give free RAC cover with their cars and renewed free when the vehicle is serviced. RAC includes EV cover recovery to the nearest charger points in the event of running out of charge.

I brought my Skoda to Thurlow nunn this morning describing clearly that there were issues with the automatic gear selection. Later in the morning I was called to say that it was beyond the scope of what Thurlow nunn were able to do and I should take it to a main dealer. Fair enough. Then why should I have to pay £119 just to be told they can't do anything? I described the problem clearly and perhaps they should have know if this was an issue they could fix. Instead I am charged £119 for plugging in an Obd reader and receiving a printout of the exact words I used to describe problem. If this seems fair to you, go right ahead and book with Thurlow Nunn Holt.

First time I have used Thurlow Nunn Wisbech. They were very helpful finding me a slot that suited me and in providing a courtesy car. They fixed a problem with my car that 2 other garages couldn't find. The car is now driving very nicely and I will return there for servicing in the future.

Rohan was extremely helpful and friendly, went out of his way by calling me and sending a video he had done for us to show another car we may have been interested in, have not brought a vehicle yet but will definitely go back and ask for Rohan’s help again.

Do not buy from this company Did a part exchange for my audi which they gave me minimum money for Put a deposit down which they said would be took away from overal price if we liked the car - they kept it and made us pay full price The car arrived after sales consultant Chloe messed us around with delivery time of the car and failed to keep us informed. The car arrived with the alloy scraped and multiple scratches on the left side which we made the manager Chris aware They were uninterested and said “ we deliver cars like that “ Rude email sent to us and refused to give us compensation or our deposit money back Do not bother with this business they are just greedy for your money and once they sell you are car they don’t care .Unprofessional and will not be returning
Edit - I’ve now collected my car. Ryan was exceptionally helpful whilst I was waiting for my new car to arrive. He is accommodating and understanding. I wish my new car had a bow on when I collected it (but that’s me being dramatic!) and I was just happy to have the car when it did eventually arrive. I’m yet to collect my new car as it’s awaiting delivery but the service provided from Sophie and Ryan really impressed me. They weren’t pushy sales people and they really made me feel valued as a customer compared to other garages I visited. Can’t wait to collect my new car! Thank you Sophie for all of your help.
Needed a lot of work done to my Astra which no other garage was prepared/ able to do, but Thurlow Nunn got it going with a service and MOT and it’s going really well. Added value of free RAC roadside breakdown/ recovery and inside/outside valet was really appreciated.
Mark was excellent and the two cars I was interested in were all ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. No pressure selling and let me take the cars out on my own to get a feel for them. Great experience this time using the Kings Lynn dealership.
Excellent service and really lovely team of people. Day after Boxing Day I discovered I'd got a flat tyre and tried two other garages in Holt who couldn't help. Both other garages put air in until I got to the next garage. I was worried at one point, I was on my own, it was getting dark and the tyre was going down as I looked at it. Thurlow Nunn offered to help, actually collecting the tyre as well from one of the garages I stopped at. Will always try these first for any work in the future. Thank you so much 😊

I rung King's Lynn about a car I had scene online, I had previously drove the same car at another branch but the one at King's Lynn was considerably cheap. I spoke to Sophie who was more then happy to help me and had such great customer service, she even got back to be about moly car evaluation which was more then I expected to get online, she also managed to get the car to me the next day. All in all it was a very joyfull experience from King's Lynn and couldn't recommend them more.
Fantastic experience. I had no clue on what I was doing when ordering our motability car but Sophie was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very highly recommend them,you won't be disappointed.

Still going here after 8 years for my services. Staff are always friendly and smile at you. Particularly impressed with Amy at my last visit who was very attentive and friendly, as are all the staff I have dealt with. As there was no working power sockets in the customer area at my last visit, staff thought on their feet and let me work at one of the sales desks in the showroom. Always impressed with the quality of service and work here. I also buy my cars from here too. Definitely recommend. UPDATE FROM VISIT WITH OTHER CAR IN DECEMBER 2023 Electric sockets still not working.

Absolutely brilliant. Chris was amazing left videos for me felt really personalised and kept me in the loop the whole way. So much better than emails or letters. He was so patient and thoughtful helped me explained everything every step of the way even got a sit down with the big boss that checked that we were happy and hopefully had good things to say about his team. Can tell you that I have been to a lot of dealerships and I have never felt more taken care off. Even got a video of me driving away in my new car.
