I was disappointed last time I was there but I give the credit where credit is due. I booked my car for diagnostic as the aircon was not working. Michael from Thurlow Nunn KL handled it very well, always update me and treat the car as its own. He has an outstanding customer service and he is nice person as well. Thank you.

I brought a corsa today from thurlow nunn kings lynn and i was impressed with the vehicle. It was a "yes" model in black and until i got it home i was happy with it. I said to the sales man that I would like a spare wheel and if it wasn't offered it the sale I would swap my spare from my Astra to the corsa. This he agreed too but didn't tell me the astra 5 nut wheel wouldn't fit the corsa 4 nut wheel, so, I was misslead. What else I wonder has he misslead me over

I thought that communication was the most important part of sales but it seems that the dealership has serious issues with us?? or just can't be bothered?? My Corsa came in fir repair. I was booked in straight away with the promise of regular updates. I was duly contacted twice during the day with updates and the car was repaired the same day. Very courteous staff in the kings lynn branch.
A very pleasurable experience changing my car for another. A welcoming, deft and very knowledgeable sales executive put this octogenarian at ease with a quick ( and appealing ) pricing of my car to be part exchanged and the balance to pay for it`s replacement. All the necessary paperwork , warranty, service plan and road tax undertaken in an admirably speedy and impressive manner. The replacement used car was immaculate and very well presented inside and out. 100% satisfaction.

Repair has been carried out to great level. The only minor point I would say is that the vehicle was in for few weeks whilst awaiting parts from vauxhall, it seemed that unless I called up, then updates on progress were not forthcoming. I know this is only minor and should I be in this position again with a repair then I will insist on regular updates from them.
New to the area and not sure on who is good etc and I realised my MOT about to expire right on top of new year holidays, so having a Vauxhall went on the website to book in. I received a call a few moments later full of apologises that they didn’t have space and could fit me within a few weeks Explained the situation and a few calls back and forth they fitted me in before my MOT run out. They made me feel like a valued customer and so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them and will be a regular customer going forward thank you

I spotted the add while searching with Google. Booked an appointment very easily at a time convenient for me. The sales person, Bradley, was very courteous and helpful in responding to all questions. He provided the information I needed in a clear and straightforward manner. When I came to collect the vehicle Bradley carefully went through the paperwork and arranged the taxing of the new car and refund for the tax on the old. Top marks all round. An excellent service and a lovely car.

Having recently purchased a used car from Thurlow Nunn we began to experience issues with the air con not getting down to temperature. The car was booked in, the issue found and quickly resolved. The staff at the Kings Lynn branch were all very friendly and kept us up to date with the progress of the fault finding and the repair.
The man, Luis Joseph, who we dealt with, when buying a new car, was perfect. We told him what car we were interested in and what we had in part exchange. He listened, told us what extra options were available, but he didn't try and force us to buy any of the extras. He gave us a price which was acceptable and I shook his hand on the deal. I think he was a tad surprised. I have been driving for over 50 years and have dealt with numerous car salesmen. Luis was, by far, the most pleasant and straight forward man I have ever dealt with. A credit to your company.
My car went in for a recall, all phone communication was great and I was given all the necessary information I needed. Dealership is very good and completed the due service quickly since I was waiting . Customer waiting area is very tidy with good drink supply. Everyone is very friendly which makes the visit enjoyable. Work has been completed without any resulting problems. Service log has been completed and health check video and report supplied. Not sure that exhaust system and engine oil being good relates to an electric vehicle though.
Staff was very helpful in sorting my Vauxhall out with its recent fault and within a good time frame, so I wasn’t without a car for long. They explain what was wrong and how to fix fault before carrying work out and reassured that it was safe for my daughter to be in car - peace of mind for me. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Having trawled many disinterested dealerships this was well worth the journey. Especially the customer service I received from Samantha. She was prompt getting back to me, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the particular 2nd hand car I was interested in and sent me a very detailed video. And a deal was done.
Recent MOT: Great service by the TN service team. The MOT was performed in the morning to allow time to fix any unexpected issues, but all was well with the car so I jusy collected the car at 5pm. I always have TN do the annual service which means MOT is always plain sailing!
Thurlow Nunn provided us with an excellent service when our vehicle was with them for an MOT and service. We were able to check in on line prior to our arrival, the staff were very helpful both at drop off and when collecting our vehicle. Ten out of ten.
The noise in my car has at last been sorted out. It's took 3 visits and over 2 years. I do feel the man on the service desk could have been kinder. He said if it couldn't be heard they wouldn't get paid for the work. Luckily the macanic came out with me and heard it. He then knew where to look. The man on the service desk said if they had looked where I thought the noise was from it wouldn't be found. I was going on what the lady said last time I was in. She thought it was from the radio. It's sometimes hard being a woman on her own of a certain age.
I recently paid a £199 deposit for a car listed on their website for £4,000. However, just 24 hours later, after speaking with a sales representative at their King’s Lynn dealership, I was told that the car was actually priced at £40,000. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their marketing and the professionalism of their customer service team. A simple error like this confusing £4,000 with £40,000 shows a lack of attention to detail. By the way I still have not received my deposit back.
Very friendly and helpful. Car repairs completed well in advance of expected date. Appreciate the opportunity to spread the cost via interest free payments too. Cost-wise they were a bit more than some independents but the service provided made that acceptable .

Very efficient company. Easy to book by phone for the service and MOT. Several reminders sent by text and email, which is useful. Checked in online the day before and offered several extras, which I didn't feel under pressure to add on. Dropped car and keys off and 8 and I was phoned before midday to say the car was ready. I had often to be contacted if any issues were found, which would add cost. I have service plan to cover the costs and the paperwork was explained to me to ensure I was happy. Lovely staff to liaise with on the phone and in person.
My experience regarding buying a car from Thurlow Nunn at kings Lynn was ok and would have been great but it was let done by 1. The parcel shelf had no hooks to fit the strings to so couldn’t be lifted up by the tail gate! 2 the parcel shelf had one of the end attachments missing that fixed it to the car 3. The retainer for the spare will (which it does not have) was just loose and rattling in the boot, but my neighbour fixed this for me. I have run them and they are going to order no 1 and 2 which hopefully won’t be too long coming. Also I don’t think you should be expected to fill in the form to say everything is ok until you look at it again as I would have noticed these things.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a car that was supposedly “inspected and in great condition,†only to discover shortly after that the battery was completely faulty. The car struggled to start from day one, and when I reached out, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It's incredibly frustrating to spend good money on a vehicle and immediately have to deal with mechanical issues that should’ve been caught or disclosed. Either the inspection was sloppy, or they knowingly sold a car with problems — neither is acceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be cautious and get your own inspection before buying anything here.

Some MG dealers have a bad reputation but TNS have been fine for me. Software upgraded, rattle found, and car much happier. A polite and effective visit under warranty with a decent courtesy car.

I had a problem with my Peugeot 3008, where something was draining the battery and therefore not starting. Booked in for a Diagnotic at Thurlow Nunn dealership in King's Lynn. Service staff were very helpful and kept me informed of their progress and how much corrective action would cost. Use a brilliant payment system called Bumper. I am very satisfied with the experience I received.
So far so good waiting for a car to be delivered very happy with the service so far they are so helpful and make you feel at ease car broke down 5 times would not use them again car is not fit for purpose will be taking them to court
We were so well looked after by Gary who represented the company 100%. As there had been a delay in getting the car, as there have with other models, but he was simply amazing the way he dealt with us. Me & my husband & are so happy with the car. It is so comfortable & an easy to drive vehicle. It reacts very quickly but my husband has quickly adapted to it. My important part in the choice of a new vehicle is getting the height right for the comfort of the seat. This is perfect & is like sitting in an armchair. The heated seats are really excellent, especially in this recent cold snap. We really cannot praise Gary highly enough. There has never been any pressure only help. Last week I bought a car from Thurlow Nunn and had a great experience. All the team were great but Christopher definitely stood out to me. Straight away after enquiring about the car he sent me a personalised video and had speedy replies to any queries I had. As I lived quite far away, I had to organise the car to be taken to a closer branch. I went to Thurlow Nunn to view new MG car options in September (buying a new car on your own is fun but can also be a daunting experience). I did a test drive of an existing model but decided to wait for the new MG ZS release. I was made to feel genuinely welcome from the outset. The sales team were very informative, took note of my requirements and there was no sales pressure either during or following my visit. This encouraged me to return in November to view the new ZS Hybrid range. I collected my ZS this week and I’m thrilled not only with the vehicle itself but the outstanding customer service and support I received throughout. Always an easy experience with Thurlow Nunn kings Lynn, the staff are friendly and helpful, the work done quickly, advise given as needed, including when the vehicle is ready to collect. The only downside for me is cost, but they offer Bumper interest free credit which is very helpful especially just before Christmas.

Adrian Bevan made my life so much easier when I ordered my new car. I had in my mind what I wanted and I got what I wanted. Buyer, beware. They had a week to prep the car I bought and fixed the minor issues with it. Went to pick up car only to find by looks nothing had been not even valeted. And mysteriously the parcel had had both brackets broken off. They apologies and promised to do all the work the later following week. With a tank of fuel as recompense. Pick up was a day later than arranged with only half of the work completed. On speaking to a manager another element of the work was completed however no fuel was given. However, they promised to give me a date for the rest of the car with a courtesy car dropped at my house and the car returned done full of fuel by the end of the day. A week goes by without them ringing and my calls not answered. I go and speak to another manager with a vague promise to get the work completed if I bring the car to them. Had I unknown the issues that have ensued I would not of bought the car from them.
Been using Thurlow Nunn at Kings Lynn for about 3 years now since buying the car from them. Always used them for service and MOT. Never had any complaints. Staff is always helpful and kind. The job always been done promptly and great.
This is a follow up review to my previous review. My previous review reflected a situation where I was promised a call re buying a car but the call never came. However it did come in the early evening of the promised day, and the call resulted in an excellent outcome, which I confirmed by email. Unfortunately I have not received a response, so once again left disappointed.

Booking in procedure very easy. On day of service dropped off car and was greeted warmly by Madisyn. 2 hours later received update video, swiftly followed by phone call from Madisyn to say car was ready. No problems at all and everything explained perfectly.
I've been looking for a car a while and been many different places. One thing I loved about Thurlow Nunn Kings Lynn is the sales staff aren't so pushy and give you a relaxing experience. I've been some places where they literally hound you to buy a car. Not here it's at your leisure felt no pressure and was a fantastic experience.
Brought a Ford Focus and took delivery 2 weeks ago. Had my dad go over the car making sure everything was working as far as he could see and nothing is missing from car . Upon collecting the car I took it home and the next day my dad looked over the car and found the spare wheel missing from the car . This was checked , in place and was clamped down by the wheel bolt as he wanted to make sure all the equipment was in situ in case I had a puncture at some point . The wheel was missing and the clamp Unscrewed. This has been taken out prior to me collecting . I contacted the garage and spoke to the sales rep Chris M and said he would look into it . I have contacted him a few times on the phone and via email and it’s been 2 weeks now and I am being ignored . A official complaint has is now being submitted to the garage and the head office . My car went in for a service, the staff I had interactions with were helpful and friendly. I expressed concern about the battery life of my Mokka-e and they made sure to do a battery health check alongside the routine service to be certain that everything was working as it should. I can't fault the service I received or their willingness to go above and beyond. They provided me with a courtesy car and had my car back to me the same day.
Me and partner today picked up his new car. From the beginning when we went to choose a car Adrian has been exceptional. Very knowledgable about the car we was buying and allowed us time to go for a test drive on our own so we could see the capabilities of the car and what the car had to offer. We was then greeted by Adrian and Matt who also had a lot of knowledge. From start to finish they have been awesome! Even this morning when we received a video message from Adrian congratulating us on our purchase with a ribbon on the car which was a nice extra. Awesome experience. Highly recommend.

Polite and very friendly sales staff - especially Adrian. received reasonable offer for my trade in. However 'Proof of the Pudding' will be when we inspect and test drive our proposed Vauxhall Corsa.
Booked in for service. Friendly staff. Very clean showroom. Excellent customer facilities including free drinks. I didn’t get a chance to clean car before but was pleasantly impressed with valet they did. Thank you very much. Car looks great. Also received video of underside of car showing brakes, tyre conditions etc. Good to see how it looks underneath. Very efficient service for car and myself ðŸ‘
I love the car I brought, but the service I have received from Thurlow Nunn has been awful. Given 3 different dates to collect the car, and the only reason I found out about each was by phoning - no contact from them at all. Messages constantly left for them to call me back but these were ignored and not returned. It was agreed at purchase that I would have a reverse camera fitted the following week - and a courtesy car promised - however this wasn't followed through even though I had paid towards this. 3 phone calls later and 2 weeks later than promised still no camera fitted and no response by phone call or email. I will never buy a car from them again! I dread to think what will happen if I need to claim for anything from them!
Had a good experience at Thurlow Nunn yesterday morning. Part exchange our Kuga for a mg HS, Adrian the salesman offered us a good part exchange on our trade in. He was polite, friendly & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend as a good dealership.

We traded our petrol Corsa in for a fully electric Corsa E anniversary model early this year. Sales exec Samantha Bryce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The change over went smoothly. Last year we were a bit apprehensive about purchasing a full electric car because of a shortfall of charger points. I charge the car at home with EON Drive and full charge costs less than a fiver. Now no shortage of chargers throughout the UK. Sainsburys Hardwick Kings Lynn have just installed an additional 10 ultra fast rapid chargers on top of their 4 existing free charging points. We have used Thurlow Nunn's for many years and have been very pleased with sales staff and the service department. Also piece of mind that Thurlow Nunn give free RAC cover with their cars and renewed free when the vehicle is serviced. RAC includes EV cover recovery to the nearest charger points in the event of running out of charge.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the car I was interested in had been sold. But my details were taken and told they would look for my ideal car. Fingers crossed. Impressed with the service I had .

Absolutely brilliant. Chris was amazing left videos for me felt really personalised and kept me in the loop the whole way. So much better than emails or letters. He was so patient and thoughtful helped me explained everything every step of the way even got a sit down with the big boss that checked that we were happy and hopefully had good things to say about his team. Can tell you that I have been to a lot of dealerships and I have never felt more taken care off. Even got a video of me driving away in my new car.
