I went to thurlow nunn with view to test dirve an MG 3 hybrid, the sale's man discourage me from the test drive and instead steered me to an official in house offer of the corsa. There was little to dislike about the corsa so after a lot of encouragement from the salesmen, i agreed to purchase the corsa. Sadly, only a few weeks later i realised the corsa was not for me as the uncomfortable driving position was becoming an issue. So i conveyed my issues to Thurlow nunn and they agreed to let me test drive the MG 3 hybrid with view to buying it. After adding another £5K into the purchase, i finally got what i wanted. The MG 3 Hybrid Auto is a high spec car which i have to say I'm very happy with. Sadly though, it's tainted with my financial loss and pushy sales men

Visited Thurlow Nunn MG in Kings Lynn on 9th May 2026. Was welcomed by Matthew Heritage one of the sales representatives. Matthew was very helpful on the day and after working out some figures for a new MG4 EV urban I left with the relevant information. The next few days was basically a follow up in relation to the figures etc and we purchased a new vehicle to be collected in a week or so. The whole process was great and want to thank Matthew for his help and advice. Overall excellent service.

Thurlow Nunn have been brilliant. Customer service was excellent. I was without a car and they turned around the car I wanted very quickly so my inconvenience being without a car was to a minimum. This is the third car I have purchased from Thurlow Nunn and to be honest can’t see me going anywhere else. Me and my wife were looking at an MG HS 2023 plate. Matthew heritage one of the salesperson came over to attend and helped us with any questions and Information we needed. My wife wanted more details and went inside to discuss more and to do a test drive which she loved. Matthew heritage was really helpful, he managed to upgrade us in the year of the car to 2024, with upgraded spec to the other car we were looking at. The car came and it was in really good condition, we found one small scratch and scuff which was picked up on and it was then arranged to be added for fixture the next following weeks. 1st Class Service from start to finish. I was given a great price for my car on trade in and a great deal on the BMW I was purchasing. There were 2 or 3 very minor paint chips which they promised to correct before collection which they did. Spotting a really good deal on a new MG on Auto Trader I phoned Leah Connolly sales executive to check the car was still available. When we arrived at the dealership she had the car ready and waiting for us to take for a test drive. Bought a 2024 MG HS Trophy Manual from Thurlow Nunn MG King’s Lynn after being assured it came with 360° camera, ADAS, smartphone integration, and other top-spec features. None of those features were actually included — despite the salesperson’s clear promises. When I complained, the only solution they offered was a vehicle swap if I paid £2,500 extra. Why should I pay more for their mistake? Totally unacceptable and misleading. I’m now escalating this to MG UK and The Motor Ombudsman. Not a dealership I can recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I recently purchased a new MG4, and on the day of collection, I noticed a significant crack in the windscreen. Additionally, when I got home, I realised the dealership had forgotten to include the charging cable. The sales representative promised me car mats for the vehicle, but those were also missing upon collection. While I managed to get the windscreen and charging cable sorted out—largely due to my own follow-ups—the dealership is now refusing to provide the promised car mats. They have been unresponsive to my phone calls and emails since. Overall, this experience has been frustrating. It feels like once the sale was made, customer service vanished. I expected much better support after the purchase.

On entering the showroom, female member of staff asked me if I needed help, I told her that I was interested in a used car from their website, she went off to another part of the showroom and brought back Sam. Sam asked me to follow her back to her desk. Sam was attentive and listen to what I was looking for, I had a wonderful experience dealing with Sam,I would recommend people to visit their site.

I came in today to order a replacement key as my key has been playing up and my car is still under warranty. MG Brandon offered to do it during my last service but I said I’d so it at Kings Lynn as it’s more convenient for myself as key needed to be ordered. Dealt with a gentlemen today who couldn’t have cared less about customer service. Was not bothered about helping me and wanted to try and charge me £160? Then said ‘I’d do it for £130 if you’ve damaged it’. Found him very blunt and rude. Avoided using branch for servicing as constantly over £100 more expensive than all local MG branches and won’t trouble them with anything else going forward. Avoid and use Brandon and Norwich, cheaper and more pleasant to deal with. What a shame as it’s a more convenient location for myself and others.

After spending months coveting many dealerships, different brands etc. I can honestly say that Thurlow are in a league of their own. They went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that I got the best possible deal available and then went again above and beyond on the personal touches. Sophie dealt with my sale and I cannot recommend her enough. Communication was second to none and her genuine, honest and considerate approach was hugely appreciated.

Brilliant experience! Zay sorted everything out swiftly and my car was ready a couple of days later. She really was awesome and made the whole experience very simple and straightforward. My experience was excellent. I was purchasing a used car I'd seen advertised on Autotrader. The car was clean, tidy, well presented and as advertised at a fair price. Zay was brilliant and walked me through the buying process. 5 stars from a very happy customer.

Recently bought a used car from here. Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are all really nice and all seem happy to help. The salesperson I dealt with (Zay) was really helpful, great communication and even gave me a bit of a deal (result!). The service was above and beyond. Firstly on buying my car, on the way home a rear spring went. Upon contacting Sam (sales person), even though we live an hours drive from the garage, she got the car picked up on the same day and work carried out with no cost to me. We were so pleased with the service and honesty we received, that my daughter has also purchased a car from them. Sam looked for her across the inventory of the company and had a car transferred in. Upon inspection Sam was not happy with the vehicle and instead found a fresh vehicle at a higher spec whilst matching cost. I would recommend anyone to make use of this garage.

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I rung King's Lynn about a car I had scene online, I had previously drove the same car at another branch but the one at King's Lynn was considerably cheap. I spoke to Sophie who was more then happy to help me and had such great customer service, she even got back to be about moly car evaluation which was more then I expected to get online, she also managed to get the car to me the next day. All in all it was a very joyfull experience from King's Lynn and couldn't recommend them more.
