Vauxhall’s award-winning Combo Cargo arrives in showrooms

The new Combo meets all your business needs

Vauxhall’s Combo Cargo really ticks all the boxes. It’s only just launched and it’s already delivered, after being voted International Van of the Year 2019. The jury said about the all-new Vauxhall Combo Cargo: “These vans are redefining the entire segment of modern compact vans, with a fresh approach in design, fit and finish on a par with compact cars and a unique feeling of comfort.”

They also praised Combo Cargo's numerous assistance systems, such as the sensor-based overload indicator and the excellent all-around visibility.

Looking the part

The Combo Cargo is rugged and ultra-practical, with smart, dynamic looks that is sure to make a long-lasting impression. And the inside is just as attractive as the outside. The commercial vehicle is full of premium features in a modern cockpit that puts everything you need at your fingertips - all the controls and buttons are right where you need them.

 

What’s more, the interior comes complete with an all-adjustable steering wheel and high seating position that lets you drive in total comfort.

Loading space

The Combo Cargo makes light work of any large and heavy cargo thanks to its huge load area, which comes as standard, and a maximum payload of up to 1,020kg. It also comes in a selection of variants, including short wheelbase, long wheelbase and crew van. In crew van body style, up to five people can be seated, while the load is safely stowed behind a partition wall. What’s more, the rear bench can be folded down and the partition moved behind the front seats if you need extra space. The Combo Cargo is also cost-effective to run with low CO2 emissions from 109g/km and fuel economy up to 67.3mpg.

Innovations

The van also has you covered when it comes to driver safety. It’s packed full of smart safety features, including the Safety Pack, which includes forward collision alert, lane-keep assist, speed sign recognition, driver drowsiness alert and automatic emergency braking. And if that’s not enough, the van also comes with a range of optional driver-assistance systems, including head-up display, panoramic rear-view camera and the all-new Flank Guard system, which alerts you to obstacles beside you, such as pillars, barriers, walls and other vehicles. Elsewhere, the heated front seats and steering wheel offer added comfort when the temperature drops.

Connectivity

New Combo Cargo will also ensure you’re fully entertained and well-connected with its range of tech available. These include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which projects your smartphone, its sat-nav, and music and news app services onto a high-res 8-inch touchscreen.
