Thurlow Nunn Holt Celebrates Motability Award Win

Our Holt team are rewarded for their hard work

We are celebrating here at Thurlow Nunn, as the team at our Holt dealership has scooped a top accolade and been rewarded for all their hard work with the Motability Car Scheme.

The accolade is part of a programme of awards, launched last year by Motability Operations, to recognise and reward outstanding customer service provided by local Motability dealerships.

The Dealer Awards are judged on how a dealership delivers the Scheme to customers, which is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their performance. All winners of the quarterly awards are automatically entered into the national awards, held annually, which will be announced at the beginning of next year.

Dealer Principal at our Holt dealership, Andrew Parsons, said: “We’re delighted to have won the Regional Motability Dealer Award. Motability is renowned for its high standards and we’re incredibly proud to be recognised for our dedication to working in partnership with the Scheme. We look forward to maintaining our award-winning level of customer service and welcoming many more Motability customers through our doors.”

Motability Operations, General Manager, Peter Wilson said: “The focus of the awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience, after all, they are often the first point of contact for our customers.

“It’s important for us to recognise the efforts of the individuals who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme and highlight those who are setting a great example of how to do it well, like Thurlow Nunn Holt. Many congratulations to them on their award.”

The Motability Scheme enables disabled drivers to use part, or all, of their disability allowance to lease a brand new car. The retailer’s Motability services include vehicle adaptations, aftersales service and access to other Motability products, to ensure worry-free motoring. There are no waiting lists, credit checks or assessment procedures to go through. Customers don’t even have to have a drivers’ licence; they can nominate two drivers, meaning parents or carers can apply to the scheme on behalf of a child aged three years or more.
