Thurlow Nunn are still here and are available to help you with your motoring needs. After the announcement by the Government on Monday 4th January 2021 we wanted to outline how we will be operating through the new lockdown, effective from January 5th. Scroll down for contact details!
Our service departments are deemed essential and will remain open whilst adhering to the business Covid-19 safety procedures put in place to ensure customer and colleague safety.
From the 5th January, our sales showrooms and external displays will be closed to the public until further notice. However, our sales teams will be in the dealerships to continue sales and will still be available to assist you remotely. We will be able to send you detailed videos of any vehicles you are interested in, talk to you on the phone or via video call and fulfill your needs almost as well as if you were with us.
Contact free home delivery options are available in some circumstances and customers are still able to collect a vehicle from our dealerships but this will happen outside so wrap up warm! All vehicle handovers will be organised thoroughly in advance and will take place in a designated exterior handover area. You and our sales colleague will be required to wear a mask and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure everyone's safety. All vehicle handovers will be handled in a Covid safe manner.
If you have a question or need support our colleagues remain on hand to assist you with any sales or aftersales enquiries over the telephone, email or live chat via our website. Our website is capable of taking vehicle deposits online and also allows you to book a service or MOTfrom the comfort of your sofa.
Our aftersales departments remain open for servicing, MOT and repairs and follow strict safety measures that have been in place for several months now including social distancing measures, an appointment-only system, protective screens at our service desks and the requirement of a mask on entry.
We would like to thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times, and for your cooperation with us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to visit and work. We are open for business, but in regards to sales please call us rather than visit.
