Extremely efficient service, I was kept advised by phone by the Reception staff on what was happening. All the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction.
I went to view a used Toyota at this dealer after seeing a video of the car. The car had been nicely prepared and Dan saw us at the appointed time. We went for a test drive and I was happy to start the purchase process. At no point was there any pressure or nuisance phone calls.

The atmosphere was calm and businesslike. Refreshments were available. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Our salesman was friendly, knew his business very well, and was very supportive and helpful.

My own experience relays very well. I have been treated with respect and not just another person through the door. The care and acknowledgement of my reason for being at VTN Milton Keynes was easy to be booked in for the service and the waiting area is informal and it's easy for a hot beverage complimentary while waiting and I found the service time to be alright not boring or tedious as many places are but from this I received the video of my car service and I have been overwhelmed by considering it's something I've never had before or heard of before so this has been great to receive. The staff were great there was no problems with anything. A very satisfied client.

Brought a vauxhall astra in January, the car had recently arrive at the site. After speaking with Ray who sold us the car the car was expected to have checks done and items fixed and serviced. During the collection we were informed parts weren't available at the time and that the parts would be ordered into the branch. I was informed I would receive a call to arrange to bring the car to fix it. Months passed and I raised complaints through staff on 5 occasions still nothing. Even as i was ensured it was raised to higher management. I received requests to get the MOT sorted recently. But I'm still waiting nearly a year later. Shocking service, no duty of care, awful experience personally I hope people read this and choose another dealership/Brand/manufacturer. Don't get conned.
Had fantastic service on the phone and matched face to face too. Very communicative service from Nick who was really patient and knowledgeable. When I buy cars with my husband the salespeople often refer to him even when it’s my car we’re replacing - but not Nick. I felt seen, listened to and feel I got a really good deal. Booked a test drive by phone for 1100hrs on Friday 3rd October. No record of the booking when we got to the garage had to wait for the car to be be moved and prepared for test drive. Sales person very helpful and sorted it out for us. Pleased with the service we got after the initial wait.

We’ve just bought a 2 year old electric car from Thurlow Nunn in Milton Keynes. From start to finish whole experience has been seamless. A special shout to Chloe Noble who couldn’t have been more helpful. No pressure to buy and everything explained in a calm efficient manner. We found all the extra features a little baffling but Chloe took us through them slowly and even paired my iPhone for me. Firstly I want to take this opportunity to say a special thanks to Jessica on the service desk who took the time to properly understand the situation and went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. Without boring you with all the details of the fault it basically ended up being an ECU fault that landed in Vauxhall's lap but it left us stranded with no vehicle which she was able to lend us one of the loan vehicles which were all out for the next few weeks at the time but both her and the team were able to arrange for a loan vehicle In less then a day. Not only that that but the team were able to keep us in the loop every step of the way which gave us the reassurance that we were being taken care of and to advise us through the whole process which reduced the impact on us and for that we would like to say thank you to the Thurlow Nunn team for all the support and for fixing my car.
Took my car is in for its annual service. Received great customer service from Amy on the service desk. Everything explained clearly, and once the service was complete was told they would be taking on some warranty work on my vehicle which I was not expecting at all. This was due to Amy’s due diligence and checking the cars history. Doing business with this company is truly professional and I would highly recommend this company. Update...... Phase 2 After sales service. Unfortunately this is where they are failing...2 star removed!. I as did not receive the service book with the vehicle so I contacted them to enquire. The salesman said he would investigate and come back to me....no return call. After phoning a couple of time and leaving messages still no feedback. Is this part of the trend with dealers....we have got the sale, we are not interested no more. Pity, because it makes it very difficult for me to recommend this dealer.

After purchasing two vehicles new- booked in a service with a 8AM time window. Like most people I have job and things to do- it was really interesting to hear the staff talking about who they had been to school with- it was even more interesting after 15 mins and no acknowledgement- following a further wait time - I decided that I am not going to get this time back - the service is like schools girls killing time -I have decided to go elsewhere. Great is you have all the time in the world. Useless if you have else to be - especially after the hard sell. Beyond disappointing

I was welcomed by Daniel and after a while we had agreed a price with some added accessories for the car. Apparently no key fobs which surprises me and rather disappointing. Hopefully the hand over on 20th January will be without problems.

My parents - Phil and Sarah Rotton recently bought a Vauxhall Combo Life from Thurlow Nunn in Milton Keynes and were looked after by Chloe Noble who was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. They were very impressed with the service and were able to part exchange their fiesta too. The icing on the cake was that the new car was delivered to their home and the fiesta taken away which saved time and effort. I bought a Vauxhall Mokka from this garage 3 years ago. It was a 2018 model and was 3 years old when I bought it. In the short time that I've had it it has given me no end of problems. Every few months I'm taking it to my mechanic to have yet another thing fixed or changed. Just 2 months after buying it I had to change all four tyres and all four brake pads. It should never have been sold to me in that state in the first place. To date I have spend £4000 in repairs and replacing parts. I'm in the process of selling it, hopefully will be rid of it by next week. I really do not recommend buying a Vauxhall. They are highly unreliable.

Horrendous service from the parts department. Have called 5 times the parts department for assistance on a heater matrix throughout Wednesday 18th of Sept and didn't get through whatsoever (called every hour), not even when trying to get through to other departments. I have turned up to the dealership to try and speak to the parts department in person, and when I got there I was advised to ring the bell for the parts department, and so I did. Waited 10 minutes, no one came out. One of the reps at the front desk rang the bell themselves. Another 10 minutes, still no one coming out. Rang bell another couple of times and still no one came out. Ended up leaving after not being seen and ignored. Absolutely awful service from the parts department, especially when I am calling to spend money with Vauxhall. Awful waiting times and non-service. Definitely do not recommend anyone to get a Vauxhall (or to use Thurlow Nunn) if you want to be valued at all.
I took my father to see a car, met with Ray Wong. Pointed out a few issues with the car which on pick up was all sorted out. Would highly recommend both the garage and also Ray. My Father would like to thank Ray very much for a easy and pleasant experience.

Following a notification of a minor recall on a sensor, we were dealt with politely professionally and promptly. The entire process from appointment, replacement of said sensor / instrument had been impeccable. Channels of communication from Amy Graham, throughout were clear concise and of benefit to our future motoring needs. Additional suggested works were fully explained, fully costed, flexible with no pressure selling at all. The showroom, other team members and displays were all immaculate, and I particularly enjoyed the computerised customer display portals. I found the extremely informative in my searches on Electric Vehicles, which will be my next purchase as my concerns , regarding charging points (home) and in the wider community have been settled. I booked a test drive for 10 o'clock. I was warmly greeted by salesman Simon Craddock . After the mandatory paperwork and licence checks I took the vehicle for a drive and made my mind up to purchase the car. I was shown all the options available to me, each one, and there were quite a few, explained in detail so that I was fully aware of cost to me. After a couple of hours the deal was done. I was unable to drive the newly bought car as I had driven to the showroom but Simon said it might be possible to arrange delivery that afternoon. Remarkably, the car was delivered at 4.30. I cannot praise the professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful manner that Simon carried out the procedure. I will certainly use Thurlow Nunn at Milton Keynes again and search out Simon to complete the sale for me. Highly recommend this company.

The Purchase and delivery of my car went smoothly . I am however not happy as i was not informed of any supplementary payment after all purchase has taken place. Introducing and suggesting further payments after all transactions have been concluded isn't fair to any buyer. All information must be presented at the start of the transaction and must remain so.

The staff were really helpful, they kept me well updated and explained fully the findings of the problem I had taken my car in for. The only downside was the difficulty I had in booking my car in with long phone waiting times. Other than than, faultless. Both in dropping off and collecting my car they could not have been better.

Still going here after 8 years for my services. Staff are always friendly and smile at you. Particularly impressed with Amy at my last visit who was very attentive and friendly, as are all the staff I have dealt with. As there was no working power sockets in the customer area at my last visit, staff thought on their feet and let me work at one of the sales desks in the showroom. Always impressed with the quality of service and work here. I also buy my cars from here too. Definitely recommend. UPDATE FROM VISIT WITH OTHER CAR IN DECEMBER 2023 Electric sockets still not working.
