It has been a while since I purchased a car. It was a great experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked onto the forecourt the staff were really helpful. Really informed without being pushy. And I was really surprised by how super the Peugeot 5008 was. Well beyond my expectations. So I bought😊. The process was quick and very efficient. Gemma was great and made everything so easy. Excellent service received especially by Bradley, no hard sell techniques used and gave us time to ensure we were purchasing the right car for our needs. When we came to measure the car up to ensure it was the right one for our dog Scott was on hand to allow us and our dog to make the right choice. On handover Bradley sorted the retention of our plates from our trade in and went through everything we needed to know. It was followed up with a check in call today to ensure everything was ok. I have to say I received some of the best customer service ive ever had from the lovely Gemma. I went to sort out my first mobility car and felt a bit anxious, but Gemma clearly explained the process and talked me through it and answered all my questions . I would also like to say compared to the other four garages we visited the customer service was vastly outranked by yours. I also need to comment on the cleanliness and the fact the prices were showing and the boots were open, we were very impressed by that and did not find it so at any other of the garages, thank you. I have held back one star as we always want to pay less. 😁

We visited Thurlow Nunn in King's Lynn to view a car we had seen online. Unfortunately, it had been reserved, but Maddie was helpful with other options. We eventually bought from another dealer but would recommend Thurlow Nunn.

I was appalled by the level of service received from this motor. I had originally looked to purchase a car with 15000 miles. As advertised. I put a deposit down and was informed I'd receive the car in 3 days as it was not with them at the time. A week later, the car was still not with me, yet it accumulated an extra 15k miles. I was not offered a reduced price and was expected to purchase the car at the original price. For such a large dealership, I had expected better service and communication. Appalling service!

I've purchased a peugeot 208 from Thurlow Nunn this week, 17 th April 2025 fantastic beautiful car in immaculate condition. I placed a order for a new car. And unfortunately things had happened i couldn't get it. I called to explain my circumstances has changed and to my disappointment as I suffer with a really bad back and the new car be much better for me. And I got told someone would contact me. Still after a week no contact to refund my deposit. Gary seemed really nice guy. Till the day I called to explain this. And he seemed a bit rude. I be honest if my situation does change for the better I would never go back to this dealership

I had booked my visit in advance yet the requested vehicle had not been charged, nor was it placed ready. But it was soon resolved and we went on our test drive. Inspite of a poor start, and the vehicle having little charge, I was won over by the pleasant drive, comfort and feel of the vehicle.

Test drive was available and after completing decided to purchase. From arriving to leaving with the car after trade in took 3.5 hours. I was very impressed with the speed we completed. Even took a break at the local MacDonalds while the team sorted everything out. The whole team are friendly and approachable so will definitely use again.
