Thurlow Nunn is proud to announce a historic milestone. Its dealerships across the country have been honoured with the 2025 Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards in addition to the group’s achievement as the No. 1 ranked motor group in the UK for Aftersales customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year.
Thurlow Nunn’s exceptional performance throughout 2025 has culminated in a series of prestigious accolades, including Silver Customer Excellence Awards for its dealerships in Great Yarmouth & Beccles, Milton Keynes and Luton. These awards recognise the top Vauxhall retailers in the country for high-quality service across both Sales and Aftersales, as determined directly by customer purchase and service satisfaction surveys completed throughout the year.
The most significant achievement for Thurlow Nunn this year is maintaining its position at the top of the national group league tables. For the second consecutive year, the combined scores from all nine of Thurlow Nunn's Vauxhall service operations have placed the group in the number 1 position for collective NPS (Net Promoter Score) for service satisfaction out of all Vauxhall retailers in the country.

The 2025 awards highlight consistent excellence throughout the Thurlow Nunn network. Great Yarmouth & Beccles achieved the Silver Customer Excellence Award for an impressive sixth consecutive year, demonstrating unparalleled consistency in delivering outstanding service. Milton Keynes earned the Silver award for the second consecutive year, reflecting its continued commitment to high standards, while Luton celebrated a significant milestone by securing its first-ever Silver award.
The awards recognise the dedication of the entire team in representing the Vauxhall brand with professionalism, dedication and integrity. Stephanie Howson, Network Development, Customer Experience and Training Director from Stellantis UK, presented the honours to Simon Grylls, Thurlow Nunn Sales Director, and Gary Osborn, Thurlow Nunn Aftersales Director.
