Matthew Wall who is the Motability scheme specialist was so pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions. As you can imagine when you are disabled it is lovely to have someone understand your requirements. I would recommend that you visit their car showroom in Dereham.

Everybody I interacted with was kind, professional, and ensured I was seen to. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to collect my car from its MOT the next day as I has scheduling conflicts. No complaints at all.

Fantastic service as always. I had an issues with my pickup not being available, meaning I would have to sit and wait for the car. I was told I could drop the car in later so the wait would not be so long. On arrival was informed it could take 2-2.5 hours to complete the work. Work was completed in just over an hour so all good in the end.

I have always had my car serviced etc at Thurlow Nunn and they always do an excellent job. However, it is their front of house staff who are the real reason I continue to use them. They are unfailingly helpful, cheerful and constructive in their customer service. Thank you!

My car was recalled for software update and oil/filter change. As it was a recall, there was no charge attached to the work for myself. But the service i received from the staff was first class. I was taken out to the courtesy car and controls explained. I had never driven an EV before, and it's been a long time since I have driven an automatic. My own car was completed by midday. Great service nice people. 👍

Have always had very good service and the staff at Dereham branch are very nice, polite and caring. Have been a customer for roughly 50 years starting when it was Trimoco at Norwich, when you find something good you keep it.

The service is very hit & miss here. Used to be able to book a slot in fir your car to be done but can't now & they now want it all day to a service. Then popped in today as was passing to see if they could just put some air on my tyres, they said they would be there in a minute to do it for me. I went back in after 15mins & said has he forgotten, no he's just finished something he's now on his way out, still stood outside another 10mins & still wasn't there, so went back in & I asked for my keys back as couldn't wait any longer, they said he can do it now if u want, I said yes if he is literally now coming out then said he will be out in 10mins, If they told me when I went in that I would have to wait over half hour then I would of gone somewhere else in the first place. She has the cheek to reply then saying we'll we aren't quick fit you know. Well clearly u can't do anything quickly or tell the person the truth

The mechanics go the extra mile and for me they are very thorough as have found faults using their skill and experience that diagnostics did not pick up. Very friendly team and will go out of their way to support customers. The customer experience is very important to this business and its demonstrated with every interaction I have with them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. MOT was booked months ago. Following a health check it was discovered that work would be required prior to the MOT. This was all sorted and arranged for the same day as the MOT. The day before a phone call was received confirming the booking. On the day everything went swiftly and with ease and a phone call was received on completion of the work to say the car was ready to collect. On completion a slight glitch was discovered and I had been over charged, but all correct smoothly and efficiently.

I have been with Thurlow Nunn for some years now. I feel well looked after and my car in safe hands. Never a problem always a resolve. Will continue my servicing and mot's as always a well priced and within budget for me, plus able to use the service plan. Full RAC cover comes with package... well worth being with you. Thank you

All their staff at the Dereham branch, from Management to sales were excellent, in particular Ryan Newton who was extremely helpful in sorting out all the paperwork. My car was needed for a recall and Dereham store were so friendly and helpful, advised how long it could be and phoned me when it was time to pick up which was not long after I dropped it off, they were understanding when I needed a family member to pick my car up as I was working. Last week I had an issue with the car which Dereham again showed excellent customer service, fixing the problem which was covered by the warranty and even offered a free service because they felt I shouldn’t have to pay for service so soon after buying the vehicle. I reserved a car at Thurlow Nunn with Sam Cato. I live almost 300 miles away so all contact was by phone/email. In the end I didn’t proceed with the purchase as I found another car closer to home but the service I received from Sam was excellent. He was extremely helpful in the initial call and sent me a very detailed video of the car. Having dealt with other dealers who were not so helpful I would highly recommend Sam and Thurlow Nunn for anyone who is considering travelling a distance to pick up a new car.

I received the usual warm welcome, explaining the work planned to be carried out and the costs. My mobile number was confirmed and I was given the expected completion time. I received a phone call explaining that a broken item on my car had been detected that needed to be mended for the MOT. I was given a due cost and asked if I would like it repaired today. This task was completed in a timely fashion. Overall a very efficient service was received as it has been for almost 10 years now. Thank you

Very professional service and information provided by the sales executive Sam(?) but unfortunately I was unsuccessful in securing the vehicle I had identified in the January sale on Boxing Say which was extremely disappointing. I am hopeful that the sales person may contact me and follow up my enquiry but 5 days on and no contact suggests he may well have forgotten me or , more likely, did not value my custom albeit for a vehicle needed for travel to and from work, at the lower end of the sales value spectrum. I’m a little disappointed in Thurlow Dereham in that since my initial enquiry they have not followed up to see if I had found a suitable vehicle- but I’m still looking,

The parts man was very good and seen to know his stuff. Question mark over the service dept. Gave me incorrect information, which is a pity as I planned on using them for my annual service and MOT. The car has always been serviced at Vauxhall. They wanted to charge for items to be replaced before the Vauxhall service milage times, 20,000 miles before due date + another item that would not require changing.

The service I have received from them has been amazing all the way through, nothing has been too much trouble. And they even washed and vacuumed my car when it was serviced. I’m very happy to recommend them.

Courteous and efficient staff ,my car was back on the road as soon as the parts arrived. First class service. Car booked in for service, updates as work progressed. Work carried out to a high standard, back on the road in the afternoon (needed a bit doing to it including cam belt and a leaking gasket) Again first class service.

My English proficiency is not very good, but the staff who served me did not show any impatience due to my lack of communication skills. Instead, she listened more attentively and communicated with me in a way that was easier to understand. This made me feel very happy and respected, and she also helped me set up an installment plan for the repair costs. The technician professionally and thoroughly resolved the issue with my engine light, which had been troubling me for a long time, so I no longer need to seek help from other repair centers and can finally have peace of mind. The service attitude and repair experience here are absolutely wonderful.

I take both my vehicles to Thurlow Nunn in Dereham when there is work to be done on either of them and the service I have received has been outstanding every time. The front of house are always friendly and would go out of their way to help in anyway they can, and they always have a smile on their face which is very welcoming. The workshop guys are brilliant, in particular Callum who goes above and beyond to make sure the vehicles are safe for my wife and I to drive which we are extremely grateful for, especially as we have our children in the vehicles as well. He personally came to see us and explained exactly what needs to happen to fix the problem which shows he is very comfortable in talking to customers and also that he is extremely knowledgeable of everything involved in the industry. Booking for service and mot was easy and cost explained. A reminder the day before. On the day, receptionist friendly and efficient and gave an estimate of time. They called to let me know of problems encountered. All work done was explained after before payment. Car was valeted as well

Got us in next day as our car had an issue, very grateful for that. Never fault the work done but some of the staff are extremely rude. No need for it even if the customer is a little frustrated, staying calm and not reacting gets a better response as one staff member did and got everything sorted for us.

Was easy to get booked in over the phone and good availability for the booking. The showroom was clean and well presented. The reception team were very friendly and helpful. great experience at thurlow nunn, Matt was very helpful, i turned up without phoning, he quickly and politely showed us the car i wanted to view and got it out of its parked spot so we could test drive it there and then. he also took me over what options i had for finance and warranty options. even though i didn't end up getting the car i looked at, i was very happy with how Matt helped me out.

Vehicle was repaired under warranty due to a faulty headlamp unit. The whole process was very good from initial inspection through to ordering of the part and then the fitting. The staff were very professional and friendly and communications were excellent. (And there was plenty of space in the car park!)
