Could not recommend this garage enough. From the moment we walked in to just have a look at a new car to walking out with a new one we were looked after tremendously. We were looked after by Ross Dent and what a guy, absolutely phenomenal nothing was any bother, he made us feel comfortable, relaxed and helped us in choosing the perfect new car.. he was polite, accommodating and super friendly even down to interacting with our little bubba we had with us. He explained everything in detail to us and nothing was no bother even when having to stay late to finish the consultation. Recently had 2 yr scheduled service carried out on my electric Vivaro. I cannot fault the service received. I was able to book online, and vehicle was in within a week, communication was faultless throughout, all staff I dealt with friendly; polite and professional. When dropping off and collecting Clare in service was extremely helpful. The vehicle was ready on and before time , and left clean and washed. Having recently used another larger Vauxhall dealership, the standard received here at Beccles was second to none. I would highly recommend and certainly use again in the future

Have used thurlow nunn for my service and MOT for the last 5 years, all previous visits I was very happy with. This time however I was not satisfied with the customer service I received, the biggest problem being they could not fix my wheel tracking due to there machine being broken, so they advised me to go to another garage. Secondly they offered me a free valuation when I booked my car in which I accepted, I asked about this on arrival and again when I left, they failed to give me one. Usually after a service they send me a email asking for a review, funnily enough I didn't receive that either this time, it doesn't give me any confidence in the garage as a whole so I won't be returning.

The whole experience of purchasing a car from Thurlow Nunn, Beccles, has been a thoroughly pleasant one. As an older driver changing from manual/ petrol to automatic/electric your Agent, Alex Hawes has allowed me to progress at a pace I felt comfortable with. We received excellent service from Thurlow nunn. After a breakdown we had the car taken to them by the recovery truck, it arrived midweek. I explained that we really needed the car by the weekend without any expectations that could be achieved. On the Friday we called in at lunchtime and the car was ready!! Brilliant. Only 1 star down because the work needed was expensive....but to be fair other dealers would probably have charged the same.

We did our research and waited quite some time to find the car for us. We never felt pushed or rushed. We finally picked our new car up yesterday and couldn’t be more happy with it. I had a very positive experience at this car dealership. The cars were well presented and fairly priced. I was given plenty of time to test drive the car. The sales staff were polite and not pushy. I realise they have to go through a list of different options and add ons but all dealers do this. I actually purchased a car and the whole process of picking up the vehicle was very smooth. They found a faulty battery before collection and it was replaced prior to collection which meant a slight delay to collect but I was kept informed. Parking can be a bit tight but that's not the fault of the staff. Overall an initial positive experience. This is the fourth car purchased from thurlow nunn over the past 5 years and each experience has been positive. Just a shame the powers that be closed the Diss branch.

Above and beyond Vauxhall Beccles. Collected and delivered my car back to me. Friendly guy collected the car. Video of the safety check, service and MOT. We pay a service plan which includes MOT so the cost this year £0 very pleased with the service Vauxhall Beccles. Once again above and beyond whilst replacing cambelt. This was completed under warranty. The car was collected and returned within the day. 10 out of 10 Beccles.

Put my car in for MOT ( failed ) left it with them as they were very busy, but they still managed to get it all done in a couple of days, I was very impressed. And the cost wasn't too bad either for what I needed done.

Went to around 20 garages & looked at around 800 cars. Based on everything was drawn back to Thurlow Nunn due to the presentation of the cars, value & all round service. Ross was superb answered all questions honestly & certainly was not a pushy salesman which can put people off. Bought car & really happy with the purchase. Allthough we were pushed for time, sales man did get back to me, with some info but unfortunatly for me the car l liked had been purchased online. They had just not took it off the forecourt. My loss and my time.! He was getting away to a funeral.

Appalling customer service. After purchasing a vehicle there was a major problem under warranty leaving the car undriveable. Thurlow Nunn weren't at all helpful with regards to booking it in within a reasonable timeline and only took the car in after it was left on the forecourt by the AA. More recently, more problems. After an initial conversation, a follow-up e-mail was sent, which was ignored, and then a complaint submitted on the online form, with no response.

Very polite and friendly staff. We saw Ross and Daniel, and were thoroughly impressed with their service. We also bought a raffle ticket while we were there, in aid of dementia, which Thurlow Nunn are raising money for, and we won a Easter egg!! We agreed to purchase a car and they said they would get it sorted quickly so we could have the new car for Easter. Really happy with our new car. They helped me sort out all the paperwork also, doing the majority for us.

Lovely service from Thurlow Nunn. Booked car in for its annual service and first MOT which was all good and efficient with a video to watch through for comments re car. All on time and ready when they said so happy. Also could pay on a monthly instalment payment plan which was great to break the cost up so not to hurt the pocket. This is the 2nd year I’ve taken the car to Thurlow Nunn and would definitely recommend them.

Mum's motability car needed a service and MOT. Booked quickly for a 'while you wait' appointment and it couldn't have gone better. Kind staff who made her feel comfortable, a small and cozy sitting area with free hot drinks, magazine or television to keep her occupied. And though we expected to be about 3-4 hours, we had the car finished within 2 hours. It was just perfect, thanks again. Mum plans on using this garage for her services from now on.

I have to say, I am super impressed with Thurlow Nunn! My car has been out of use for over 6 weeks, due to MOT failure, Vauxhall not having UK stock of one of the replacement parts needed, which had to be back-ordered, and also being messed around by other garages. I ended up here, and only wish I had found them sooner. The only possible negative I would say is that they should have somebody available to answer the phone all day.... Other than that, they truly have gone out of their way to prevent making a very stressful situation any more stressful for me, and I finally have my car back. Their customer service was second to none - Particularly Chris, and also Clare and also other members of staff.... I have not experienced such an excellent level of customer service, in any industry, for several years, so Thank You!

I have been using Thurlow Nunn in Beccles for over 25 years. Buying new and used vehicles from them and getting all my servicing and MOTs done. The service I have received is superb, my car is returned to me clean too. Getting your car physically into their premises can sometimes be a challenge as they are limited for space. All my motoring needs are met, why would I go anywhere else.

My Corsa e was booked for a service and mot. They got the car ready very quickly, and even plugged it in so it was nearly fully charged for me. Mot is £49. Front wipers needed replacing, a bit expensive at nearly £70. The site is tight for parking but sufficient.

Excellent experience the car saleswoman Leah was very good she explained everything in a professional manner and did not do any of the hard sales that other garages we had been to tried to do. Overall a very satisfying experience hence I bought a car there

My car had a recall notice, which turned out to be fine. All the staff were helpful. I appreciated the video of my car which showed the underneath. And to my surprise and delight, my car had been washed. I appreciate the good service.

Recently visited Thurlow Nunn Beccles, we were looked after by Leah who was very knowledgeable but not pushy and made us feel relaxed, unfortunately the car was not what we were looking for, would not hesitate to go back if the right car comes along.

Your sales lady Leah was just excellent. She made sure that I had all the information on the car I was buying and gave me a quote on my part exchange car. On her day off Daniel stepped in and gave me some very good advice. When Leah returned the following day there seemed to be a lot of paperwork to deal with and Leah dealt with it excellently. I would certainly recommend Leah and Daniel at Thurlow Nunn again!

Do not buy from this company Did a part exchange for my audi which they gave me minimum money for Put a deposit down which they said would be took away from overal price if we liked the car - they kept it and made us pay full price The car arrived after sales consultant Chloe messed us around with delivery time of the car and failed to keep us informed. The car arrived with the alloy scraped and multiple scratches on the left side which we made the manager Chris aware They were uninterested and said “ we deliver cars like that “ Rude email sent to us and refused to give us compensation or our deposit money back Do not bother with this business they are just greedy for your money and once they sell you are car they don’t care .Unprofessional and will not be returning
