We are currently recruiting a Trainee Aftersales Advisor for our Norwich branch to advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ parts needs, update customers on parts ordered as well as assisting the Service department with job card preparation and appointment confirmation calls.
The Trainee Aftersales Advisor will provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs. You will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer.
Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Technicians, the Trainee Aftersales Advisor will demonstrate high levels of professionalism at all times to ensure a positive experience whilst maintaining customer retention. Previous experience of working in Parts or Service would be advantageous however full training will be given.
As a trainee you will receive on the job training to learn all aspects of the role as well as attending manufacturer training courses.
