We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Trade Sales Representative to join our Parts team in Luton. You will be a confident communicator and have excellent administrative skills.
Reporting to the Sales & Customer Relations Manager, your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to the existing customer-base in your territory and driving growth within these accounts as well as in identifying and securing new business opportunities in the area. Supported by an office-based Telesales Team, you will identify product gaps, promote new ranges and target campaigns to drive efficiency on van routes in your territory. In addition, you will assist your customers with any technical enquiries they may have, keep customers informed of order progress and that orders are invoiced and dispatched in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role you will need a natural flair for sales and the ability to nurture relationships with repeat customers, providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations on every interaction.

Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone
Passion and drive for exceeding targets
Competence in Microsoft packages
A full driving licence
