Office Administrator | Thurlow Nunn

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator at our new Distrigo Parts Distribution Centre in Norwich. Working alongside the Business Process & Order Input Manager you will be carrying out receipting and ordering tasks on a daily basis. You will need to have a high attention to detail along with a proven knowledge of Microsoft Systems such as Excel and Outlook. Full training in our In-house Dealer Management System will be given by on-the-job training.

Key responsibilities include

  • Reconciling the Daily Stock receipts against the Manufacturer Invoices to make sure a match has been achieved before sending to our Accounts department for payment.
  • Processing and Reporting on the Daily Backorder Report to our customer base.
  • Processing Customers Orders on our Dealer Management System before transferring them to the Manufacturer via their online Systems.
  • Processing any other stock receipts under direction of the Business Process & Order Input Manager.
  • Working with the BP&OI Manager to further enhance these processes to maximise efficiencies to aid the smooth running of the department.
  • Keying PCB Invoices on to the two systems.
  • Monitor and Replenish the Stationary for Distrigo.
