We are currently recruiting a Customer Care Advisor to join our successful team in Norwich. You will be responsible for dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, including booking customer MOT’s, Services and Warranty Work across the Thurlow Nunn Group in accordance with service department lead times.
Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will deliver high quality customer service, identify and address any customer satisfaction issues and maintain accurate records by regularly cleansing and updating the customer database. To maximise revenue-generating opportunities, the Customer Care Advisor will contact customers with timely scheduled maintenance reminders and promote all relevant products and services to our customers whilst delivering a positive customer experience at all times.
We are looking for the following…
Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
Experience of managing a high daily call volume
Process driven and be able to deliver a consistent service to our customers at all times.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
A team player with the enthusiasm to succeed
A flexible ‘can do’ attitude
Competence in Microsoft Packages
In return we offer a basic salary + commission. 40 hours per week to cover the opening hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
