We have an exciting opportunity at our Diss branch for an Aftersales Advisor working with both Service and Parts. You will advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ service and repair and parts needs, handling all enquiries and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
The Aftersales Advisor will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer, answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.
You will be required to work at our Beccles branch 1-2 days per week to provide assistance to their Service department.
