Fakenham and Diss receive seal of approval from independent service

Our dealerships in Diss and Fakenham have been awarded a JudgeService certificate after achieving an impressive score of over 97% of customers saying they would recommend the retailer to a friend or family.

The JudgeService helps businesses enhance their customer service offering by providing independent customer feedback, highlighting areas of success and potential improvement.

The award has been given after JudgeService conducted an independent survey of customers who used the dealership throughout 2019, with the vast majority responding that they would happily recommend the dealerships to a friend or family member.

Gary Osborn, Regional Director at Thurlow Nunn, said: “This award is a superb recognition of the excellent customer service the teams have put in over the last twelve months. Both dealerships have become pillars of their communities, with team members playing active roles in their communities. This has allowed the retailer to become a centre of excellence for customer service and trust, with some customers returning for their fifth purchase.
