We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor to cover for maternity leave at our King's Lynn branch, to advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ service and repair needs, handling all enquiries and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
The Service Advisor will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer, answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.
Working closely with the Service Manager and Technicians, the Service Advisor will demonstrate high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times to ensure a positive experience whilst maintaining customer retention.
