Sales Manager | Thurlow Nunn

We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager to lead the Sales team at our Wisbech Branch to optimise and increase sales department profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Sales Manager will motivate, develop and coach the Sales team to deliver the agreed volume of new and used vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure adequate stock and mix in order to offer the appropriate range of vehicles and colours to customers, arrange off-site promotional events in order to raise brand awareness and work with your team to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience of working in a busy Sales department
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion and drive for exceeding targets
  • Competence in Microsoft packages
  • Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis
  • A full driving licence
