We are currently recruiting a receptionist to join our Milton Keynes Team. This is an incredibly important role, being the first point of contact for all who enter the branch, so a positive and friendly attitude is essential. This role is on a job-share basis for 25 hours per week covering the hours 8.00am to 1.00pm.
The receptionist will be customer focused and provide an exceptional service to both internal and external customers, remaining professional and calm at all times. The receptionist will greet all visitors to the site, directing them to the appropriate place and manage the call logging system, transferring calls to the appropriate person, as well as providing general administration support to other departments.
