We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our busy team at Hall Road in Norwich. You will be a confident communicator and have excellent administrative skills.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will identify customer parts requirements, answering any questions regarding technical issues with vehicles, warranties, services and repairs whilst improving profitability by presenting offers to customers where appropriate. You will keep customers informed on the progress of their order, ensuring that the order is allocated, invoiced and dispatched in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role you will need a natural flair for sales and the ability to nurture relationships with repeat customers, providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations on every interaction.
