Aftersales Advisor | Thurlow Nunn

We have an exciting opportunity at our Diss branch for an Aftersales Advisor working with both the Service and Parts departments. You will deal with customers face to face, via email and over the phone regarding Parts, and support the Service reception during busy periods.

You will be responsible for checking deliveries, putting away stock, picking parts for the workshop and maintaining the Parts display in the showroom to ensure it is compliant with Vauxhall standards at all times.This is a varied role where you will also be greeting customers, progressing work through the workshop, updating customers and producing invoices.

  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Competence in Microsoft packages
  • Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis
