We are currently recruiting an Aftersales Administrator to join our successful Customer Contact Centre team in Norwich. You will be responsible for the processing of online bookings made via the website and allocating online enquiries to the relevant people/departments.
Reporting to the Customer Contact Centre Team Leader, you will verify and process all RAC promotional offer claims and manage the customer mailbox including responding to customers directly or escalating to management. The Aftersales Administrator will also assist the team in managing the customer database.
