We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor for our Milton Keynes branch to advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ service and repair needs, handling all enquiries and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

The Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for Service Customers, keeping them up to date on the status of work being carried out, pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.

Working closely with the Service Manager, Workshop controller and Technicians, the Service Advisor will demonstrate high levels of professionalism and exceptional service, to both internal and external customers at all times to ensure a positive experience whilst maintaining customer retention. The Service Advisor will be have an aptitude for identifying the needs of the customer and opportunities to up sell.

  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Competence in Microsoft packages
  • Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis
